Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of neodhan.com, Neodhan loan products and services, and NeoChat, the business chat app for loan servicing. They are issued by Echoblend Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Neodhan", "we", "us"). By using the website, applying for a loan, or creating a NeoChat account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
NeoChat-specific terms for store listings: neodhan.com/neochat/terms. For a sanctioned loan, your loan agreement prevails if it conflicts with these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Loan products are offered to eligible MSMEs and agri-entrepreneurs (including dairy) in India. You must be 18 or older, legally able to enter into a contract, provide accurate information, and meet credit and eligibility criteria communicated at application. NeoChat staff accounts are only for authorised Neodhan employees.
2. Website
You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent yourself, or to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion. Content on the site (including calculators) is informational; it is not a sanction letter or legal advice.
3. Loan application and disbursal
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Approval, amount, tenure, and interest rates are based on assessment with our lending partners. Disbursal is subject to verification and applicable law. See our Fair Practice Code.
4. Repayment and default
You agree to repay as per your loan agreement. Late or missed payments may attract charges and affect your credit profile. We may take lawful steps to recover dues in case of default.
5. NeoChat
NeoChat lets customers and Neodhan staff message about an application or loan, share documents, track status, invite a co-borrower you choose, and (if you opt in) find people already on NeoChat. Applying for credit and KYC may continue in the Neodhan app. NeoChat does not itself sanction or disburse a loan. Status shown in chat is informational.
Keep OTP access to your mobile secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not harass others, send unlawful content, impersonate staff, attempt to break the app, scrape other users, spam, or upload documents you are not allowed to share. Conversations may be reviewed by authorised staff for servicing, quality, and fraud prevention.
Optional permissions (contacts, location, camera, gallery, device signals) are described in the Privacy Policy. Refusing them does not block basic chat. Referral or NeoCoins benefits, if offered, apply only after a successful referred journey as described in the app; they are not interest, not a loan, and not guaranteed.
6. Intellectual property
Neodhan and NeoChat names, logos, and software are owned by Echoblend Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You keep rights in content you upload and grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to provide the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Neodhan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by your device, network, or misuse of OTP. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including fraud). For a loan, liability is also as set out in your loan agreement.
8. Changes and termination
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using NeoChat and request deletion as in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if a service is discontinued.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
