These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Neodhan's website and loan products and services. By applying for a loan or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Our loan products are offered to eligible MSMEs and agri-entrepreneurs (including dairy) in India. You must be legally able to enter into a contract, provide accurate information, and meet our credit and eligibility criteria as communicated at the time of application.
2. Loan Application and Disbursal
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Loan approval, amount, tenure, and interest rates are at our discretion based on our assessment. Disbursal is subject to verification and compliance with our processes and applicable law.
3. Repayment and Default
You agree to repay the loan as per the terms in your loan agreement. Late or missed payments may attract charges and affect your credit profile. We reserve the right to take lawful steps to recover dues in case of default.
4. Use of Website
You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent yourself, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Neodhan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or your loan. Our liability is limited to the extent set out in your loan agreement and applicable law.
6. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. For loan-specific terms, your loan agreement will prevail.
